Hemp Seed
Smoothie
Ingredients
-1 cup kale (I use
organic black kale)
-1/4 cup parsley
-4 Medjool dates - pitted
-½ cup frozen mango
-½ cup frozen pineapple
-2 tablespoons of
hemp seed (found in bulk at Whole Foods)
-1 fresh lime
squeezed
-1 1/8 cup cold water
Instructions
1.
Mix the ingredients
into a high-powered blender. Blend until all ingredients are completely broken
down.
2.
Serve and enjoy!
*If you like a
thicker smoothie, use only 1 cup of cold water.
